Greendown is a 300 acre working farm with beef cattle and sheep and within each reach of the Blue Flag Beaches at Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho! Within a few minutes walk from the courtyard there are two ponds stocked with coarse fish. A gentle stroll around the farmland will reveal a host of wild animals, wild birds, farm animals, flowers and insects, all of which are actively encouraged to live and breed on this traditional farm. Situated within the paddock is a shared children's play area with slide, swing, sand pit, trampoline and five a side football pitch.

The self catering holiday cottages in North Devon are situated in an ideal location for water sports holidays (North Devon Coast is nearby suitable for most water sports), walking holidays (Exmoor is only a matter of a few miles away), golfing holidays (close by to some of the best golf courses) and is excellent for all those who would just like to spend their holidays in the peaceful heart of the North Devon countryside.
